We are located in the middle of the most beautiful Tuscan countryside. In a hilly town between Florence and Siena, a few kilometers from the sensational Towers of San Gimignano.

Smart Working Maestrale apartment has just been renovated by redesigning the spaces and a new swimming pool has also been added!
The news: In addition to the beautiful new swimming pool, we have added a new private veranda fully equipped with sofas and a complete dining table, a new living room which, if necessary, is divided into two independent parts and one becomes a second bedroom with a real comfortable double bed.
Smart Working Maestrale apartment is thus transformed, depending on the needs, into an apartment with one or two independent and private double bedrooms.
Around the house the vegetation and animals are the masters, from the garden of the apartment and from the swimming pool we can see the horses, as it is not difficult to spot deer, foxes or other typical animals of our area even near the house.
For the more sporty, our area offers routes with breathtaking landscapes both by mountain bike and on foot as well as horseback riding that can be done in the nearby stables.
The owners of the house offer the Dog-sitter service (for a fee) to give you the opportunity to have every experience that the area offers, leaving your 4-legged friends in safe hands.
Smart Working Maestrale apartment is in rustic Tuscan style with exposed chestnut beams and consists of a living room / kitchen, equipped with a gas cooking area, fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine.
The living room and the new Veranda overlook a spacious private garden a stone's throw from the new swimming pool, where it is possible to dine while enjoying the panorama characterized by the typical Tuscan hills. The outdoor area is also equipped with a barbecue for summer barbecues.
Services available free of charge: washing machine, barbecue, parking, TV, free Wi-Fi, electricity, water and gas, possibility of a cot and high chairs (on request).
